內(nèi)容摘要:
The flavor-changing neutral-current decays of charmed hadrons with missing energy in the final states are expected to be very suppressed in the standard model (SM), making these processes potentially sensitive probes of new physics beyond it. In the presence of new physics, the missing energy could be carried away by one or more dark new particles, such as a dark photon or sterile neutrinos, and the decay rates might be substantially enhanced relative to their SM counterparts. This talk presents highlights of recent studies on processes of this kind which may be within reach of the ongoing BESIII, Belle II, and LHCb experiments or future searches at the Super Tau Charm Facility.
