內(nèi)容摘要：
In 1985, H. Kroto et al. discovered C60and C70through evaporation of graphite. A fullerene graph, the molecular graph of a spherical carbon fullerene, is a finite trivalent graph embedded on the surface of a sphere with only hexagonal and pentagonal faces. The Clar number is an effective predictor for the stability of benzenoid hydrocarbons. This talk presents the role of the Clar number in stabilizing carbon fullerenes, sharp upper bounds on the Clar number and the corresponding extremal fullerene graphs.
主講人介紹：
張和平，蘭州大學(xué)二級(jí)教授,、博士生導(dǎo)師,，國(guó)際數(shù)學(xué)化學(xué)科學(xué)院院士。 1994年獲四川大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。2001年獲教育部“第三屆高校青年教師獎(jiǎng)”,，2002年獲國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)的政府特殊津貼、2009年入選甘肅省領(lǐng)軍人才,。曾任甘肅省數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng),，蘭州大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事?，F(xiàn)任蘭州大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員,，中國(guó)組合數(shù)學(xué)與圖論學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，中國(guó)運(yùn)籌學(xué)會(huì)組合數(shù)學(xué)與圖論學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),，美國(guó)《數(shù)學(xué)評(píng)論》和德國(guó)《數(shù)學(xué)文摘》評(píng)論員,。主要從事圖的匹配理論、化學(xué)圖論和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究，發(fā)表了160余篇SCI收錄學(xué)術(shù)論文,，主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金7項(xiàng)（包括重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“應(yīng)用圖論”）,。曾在香港浸會(huì)大學(xué)，法國(guó)巴黎南大學(xué),，澳大利亞Newcastle大學(xué),，美國(guó)中田納西州立大學(xué)，臺(tái)灣中研院數(shù)學(xué)所等學(xué)術(shù)訪問(wèn),。
