隨著“雙碳”政策在各行各業(yè)的推行,水處理行業(yè)面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),如何降低處理過(guò)程中的能耗、實(shí)現(xiàn)廢物資源化回收,同時(shí)減少過(guò)程中的碳排放已成為整個(gè)行業(yè)面臨的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。”菌藻共生”水處理技術(shù)的提出,將藻類特有的利用光合作用進(jìn)行的固碳功能以及對(duì)于氮、磷自身代謝吸收同功能菌群降解有機(jī)污染物的功能相結(jié)合,同時(shí)藻類過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的氧氣又能被菌類利用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)機(jī)固碳、營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽回收、降污建排三重目標(biāo)。
煙臺(tái)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院安眾一、張慧超副教授、李丹博士課題組圍繞“菌藻共生生物群落穩(wěn)定構(gòu)建”這一核心問(wèn)題,針對(duì)不同的水質(zhì),設(shè)計(jì)反應(yīng)器、篩選構(gòu)建功能菌群、優(yōu)化反應(yīng)參數(shù)、擴(kuò)大應(yīng)用范圍,以旋轉(zhuǎn)式固定生物膜反應(yīng)器和好氧菌藻顆粒污泥作為反應(yīng)載體,成功應(yīng)用于油田含聚廢水、垃圾滲濾液、紡織行業(yè)染料廢水、海水養(yǎng)殖廢水等生物處理。相關(guān)研究成果已發(fā)表在環(huán)境領(lǐng)域國(guó)際知名期刊《Bioresource Technology》(中科院I區(qū)top,IF 11.4)、《Journal of Water Process Engineering》(中科院II區(qū),IF 7.0)、《Frontiers in Microbiology》(中科院II區(qū)Top,IF 5.2)等期刊上,為實(shí)現(xiàn)高效的生物脫氮固碳模式提供了借鑒和思路。煙臺(tái)大學(xué)為發(fā)表系列論文的第一作者單位和通訊作者單位,本課題得到了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金和山東省自然科學(xué)基金的資助。
