水處理行業(yè)作為重要的碳排放源之一,,在“雙碳”目標(biāo)的推動(dòng)下大有可為,。煙臺(tái)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院張巖教授團(tuán)隊(duì)成功將凍-融法水處理技術(shù)應(yīng)用于垃圾滲濾液、海水淡化,、新型污染物廢水處理等領(lǐng)域,。該方法基于固液相變和第一性原理,具有能耗低,,分離系數(shù)高,,對(duì)污染物選擇性低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。凍-融法對(duì)垃圾滲濾液中COD,、TOC,、氨氮和總磷的去除率分別為90.75%、92.25%,、92.11%和89.68%;對(duì)海水淡化中鹽度的去除率可達(dá)96.79%,;對(duì)新型污染物喹諾酮類抗生素的去除率可達(dá)90.10%,。相關(guān)研究成果已發(fā)表在國(guó)際知名期刊《Separation and Purification Technology》(TOP期刊,IF8.6),、《Waste Management》(TOP期刊,,IF8.1)、《Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering》(TOP期刊,,IF7.7),、《Journal of Environmental Sciences》(IF6.9)上,獲授權(quán)凍-融法水處理技術(shù)相關(guān)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利6件,,其中4件已實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)化或許可企業(yè)使用,,為凍-融法水處理技術(shù)的應(yīng)用提供了新思路。
上述成果得到了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,、中央引導(dǎo)地方科技發(fā)展資金項(xiàng)目,、山東省自然科學(xué)基金的資助和山東省科技型中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提升工程項(xiàng)目的支持。該團(tuán)隊(duì)已培養(yǎng)凍-融法水處理技術(shù)方向的碩士研究生9名,,其中4名正在攻讀博士學(xué)位,,升博率為44.44%。
