一,、單位介紹
煙臺(tái)大學(xué)坐落于國家歷史文化名城,、最佳中國魅力城市—煙臺(tái)，學(xué)校始建于1984年，由北京大學(xué),、清華大學(xué)共同援建,，是山東省屬重點(diǎn)綜合性大學(xué),。學(xué)校于2012年獲批山東省名校工程首批立項(xiàng)建設(shè)單位,，2019年成為山東省教育廳與煙臺(tái)市共建高校，2020年,，學(xué)校入選山東省“強(qiáng)特色”高水平大學(xué),，藥學(xué)學(xué)科入選山東省優(yōu)勢(shì)特色學(xué)科,；2012年獲批“重大新藥新型釋藥系統(tǒng)”服務(wù)國家特殊需求博士人才培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目，2013年開始招收博士研究生,，2019年學(xué)校獲批博士后招收資格,。
2011年分子藥理與藥物評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)室獲省部共建教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室立項(xiàng)建設(shè)，2015年通過驗(yàn)收,，成為教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。實(shí)驗(yàn)室以藥學(xué)學(xué)科為依托,，以危害人類健康的精神神經(jīng)疾病,、惡性腫瘤、心腦血管疾病和炎癥性疾病等重大疾病的防治藥物研究為目標(biāo),，以國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和臨床應(yīng)用為導(dǎo)向,，開展創(chuàng)新藥物的藥理學(xué)研究和評(píng)價(jià)，同時(shí)對(duì)經(jīng)典中藥和天然藥物進(jìn)行深入的分子機(jī)制闡釋,，為新藥研發(fā)和藥物臨床應(yīng)用提供支持,。經(jīng)過多年的建設(shè)與發(fā)展，實(shí)驗(yàn)室已形成了心腦血管疾病的分子藥理學(xué)與藥物評(píng)價(jià)研究,、精神神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的分子藥理學(xué)與藥物評(píng)價(jià)研究,、新型抗炎藥物的發(fā)現(xiàn)及其分子藥理學(xué)研究、抗腫瘤藥物的分子藥理學(xué)研究與藥物評(píng)價(jià)等四個(gè)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的研究方向,。
二,、崗位職責(zé)
1.組織制定和實(shí)施實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展規(guī)劃，全面負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常運(yùn)行與管理,。
2.培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn)研究方向帶頭人和青年學(xué)術(shù)骨干,，優(yōu)化隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)，提升實(shí)驗(yàn)室自主創(chuàng)新能力,。
3.推進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室與政府,、科研院所、高校,、行業(yè)企業(yè)合作,，組織策劃和實(shí)施重大課題研究，推進(jìn)科教融合,。
4.加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室對(duì)外合作交流,，提升國際合作層次和水平，增強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室國內(nèi)外的學(xué)術(shù)影響力,。

四,、聘期
首個(gè)聘期為五年,。首個(gè)聘期結(jié)束，考核合格,，續(xù)聘聘期的年限及待遇將根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)展目標(biāo)任務(wù)等協(xié)商確定,，年薪不低于第一個(gè)聘期。
五,、生活待遇與工作條件
實(shí)行年薪制,，學(xué)校提供不低于200萬元/年（稅前，可面議）的薪酬,；提供購房補(bǔ)貼,、安家費(fèi)300萬元，科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi),、平臺(tái)建設(shè)與團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)等不少于2000萬元,。根據(jù)工作實(shí)際需要提供不少于500平方米的實(shí)驗(yàn)室及團(tuán)隊(duì)人員辦公室。家屬安置,、子女入學(xué)等事項(xiàng),，按煙臺(tái)市等有關(guān)方面的政策妥善安排。積極協(xié)調(diào)山東省,、煙臺(tái)市有關(guān)部門,，確保受聘人員省市相關(guān)引進(jìn)人才政策落實(shí)到位。

Yantai University Key Laboratory of Molecular Pharmacology and Drug Evaluation of the Ministry of Educationseeks a distinguished and internationally-renown scientist and visionary leader to serve as the next Director.
Locatedin one of the most vibrant and historic coastal city of China, Yantai, Yantai University (YTU) was established in 1984 with the support of Peking University and Tsinghua University and is a comprehensive university in Shandong province. In 2012, YTU was selected as one of the first universities to enroll the Shandong Prestigious University Development Project. In 2019, YTU became a university mutually developed by the Department of Education of Shandong Province and Yantai Municipal government. In 2020, YTU was enlisted as a high-level university withDistinctCharacteristics with its pharmacy major awarded the High-quality Distinctive Discipline in Shandong province. In 2012, the university was granted a doctoral program on New Drug Release System for Major Novel Drugs to serve the special needs of the country, and in 2013, YTU began to admit PhD students. The university began to recruit postdoctoral fellows in 2019.
In 2011, the plan of developing the Laboratory of Molecular Pharmacology and Drug Evaluation into a joint-venture key laboratory between the China Ministry of Education and Shandong Province government was approved.In 2015,the laboratory passed the official inspection and was managed as a Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education. Centering on pharmacology and aiming at developing new drugs for the prevention and treatment of major diseases facing significant public health challenges such as mental and neurological diseases, malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and inflammatory diseases, the laboratory implements internationally-recognized standards and clinical applications and focuses on pharmacological research and evaluation of innovative drugs as well as the elucidation of molecular mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine and naturally-derived drugs. The goal of these efforts is to provide technical and scientific support for new drug development and drug clinical study endeavors. Over the years, the laboratory has formed four main research directions, i.e. molecular pharmacology and drug evaluation in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental and nervous system diseases, anti-tumor drugs as well as anti-inflammatory drugs.
Job Responsibilities
1. Organize the formulation and implementation of the Laboratory development plans. Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the Laboratory.
2. Cultivate and introduce research direction leaders and young academic backbones, optimize the team structure, and enhance the Laboratory's capability of independent innovation.
3.Promote the cooperation with the government, research institutes, colleges, industries and enterprises, organize the planning and implementation of major research projects, and promote the integration of science and education.
4. Strengthen the international cooperation and exchange, promote international cooperation levels, and expand the academic influence of the Laboratory at home and abroad.
Requirements
1. Abiding by national laws and regulations, and scientific ethics; adhering to a decent academic style and a rigorous, pragmatic and dedicated attitude, being in good health; having rich experience in laboratory and research management, and possessing the capabilities of organizing, coordinating and integrating resources.
2. Being a leading talent in the field of pharmacy at home and abroad with a high level of competence and potential in academics and innovation; being widely recognized by peers at home and abroad with broad strategic vision and international perspective.
Employment term
The first employment contract lasts five years. Upon passing of the assessment at the end of the first employment term, the contract renewal and the pay shall be negotiated according to the development goals and tasks of the laboratory with the annual pay not lower than the first term.
Living and Working Conditions
Annual salary system is implemented. The university provides no less than RMB 2 million per year (before tax, negotiable), RMB 3 million of housing subsidies and settling-in allowance, no less than RMB 20 million of funds for scientific research start-up, platform construction and team building and no less than 500 square meters of laboratory and office for team personnel in accordance with the actual needs of the work. Concerns like spouse’ employment and children's schooling will be properly arranged in accordance with the policies of Yantai Municipal Government. Relevant talent introduction policies of the city and the province shall be observed by coordinating with related departments.
