內(nèi)容摘要:

We investigate a fully discrete finite element scheme for the three- dimensional incompressible magnetohydrodynamic problem based on mag- netic vector potential formulation. The formulation enjoys the novel feature that it can always produce an exactly divergence- free magnetic induction discretized solution. Using a mixed finite element approach, we discretize the model by the fully discrete semi-implicit Euler scheme with the velocity and the pressure approximated by stable MINI finite elements and the magnetic vector potential by N?ed?elec edge elements. Under a reasonable regularity hypothesis for the exact solution, error estimates for the velocity and the magnetic vector potential are rigorously established. Finally, several numerical experiments are presented to illustrate the convergence properties of the numerical scheme.

毛士鵬,,中國(guó)科學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究院研究員,、博士生導(dǎo)師,。中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)崗位教授,。2008年博士畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究院,,2008-2012先后在在法國(guó)國(guó)家信息自動(dòng)化研究院(INRIA)以及在瑞士蘇黎世高工(ETH Zurich)做博士后和研究助理,。主要研究興趣為有限元方法及其應(yīng)用,,自適應(yīng)算法,, 計(jì)算流體力學(xué)和磁流體力學(xué)等,。在Math. Comp., Numer. Math.,、SIAM. J. Numer. Math., SIAM J.Sci.Comput.,,Math. Model Meth. Appl. Sci. (M3AS)等SCI雜志上發(fā)表論文60余篇。 主持多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和參加多項(xiàng)科技部,、基金委多項(xiàng)重大研究計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,,入選中科院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會(huì)會(huì)員和獲得中科院朱李月華優(yōu)秀教師獎(jiǎng)。
